We reserve the right to update product prices and information without any notice. It is the sole discretion of Diesel Performance Plus, to determine the need for a refund in the event a price is misprinted. Note: The products on this website are after market performance products and accessories and are installed at buyers own risk . Upon purchasing injectors or any other performance products/parts from Diesel Performance Plus it shall be the understanding of the buyer that these are after market high performance items. Diesel Performance Plus WILL NOT be responsible for any damages caused by any performance products/parts due to high exhaust gas temperatures, over-revving, engine failure, or any damages caused by faulty performance parts. We are not responsible for engine damage related to or caused by over-fueling, excessive exhaust gas temperatures, turbocharger over-speeding or over-boosting, oil dilution from fuel, or any other factor that may or may not be related to any performance products/parts sold by or installed by Diesel Performance Plus , nor for problems directly or indirectly caused by malfunctioning injectors or any other performance products/parts. Diesel Performance Plus does not manufacture any of the products that we sell. Diesel Performance Plus accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury incurred from the purchase and use of the products that we sell. The customer accepts full responsibility for the proper installation of any product purchased from Diesel Performance Plus according to the recommendations and guidelines set-forth by the manufacturer. Installing and using any product for anything other than it's specific purpose may result in damage to your vehicle and or personal injury. All product warranties are offered by the product manufacturer only and there are no additional warranties offered by Diesel Performance Plus. Diesel Performance Plus WILL NOT be responsible for any faulty performance products/parts but, if you have a warranty issue, we will try to help you achieve a speedy resolution, however, where the manufacturer directly handles warranty issues, the manufacturer will make the final decision . Buyer has the understanding that the faulty performance products/parts will be returned in a timely fashion and if it is found that the problems were caused by high exhaust gas temperatures, over-revving, turbocharger over-speeding or over-boosting, oil dilution from fuel, bad fuel, dirty oil, abusive or improper use, and/or buyer neglect, the buyer will be responsible for any and all charges. We strongly advise against installing performance injectors or any other performance products/parts that alter engine performance in vehicles that do not have a pyrometer mounted pre-turbo and an upgraded intake and exhaust system. Assume that the factory warranty on your engine is voided the moment you install any performance injectors or any other performance products/parts. We make no claims as to how much horsepower a given set of injectors or any other performance products/parts will give you. Just because you triple the fuel rate and air flow to a 215 hp engine does not mean you will have a 645 hp engine. The injectors and any other performance products/parts are each just single components in the engine, and to get full benefits all the proper components must be installed and all systems must be modified accordingly. We apologize for having such a lengthy disclaimer but please be assured that this a basic disclaimer that we have tried to make a little more understandable for you the customer. You will find that all performance product manufacturers include this same basic information with each of there products. |
