High Tech Turbos partnership with Borg Warner Air Werks. Prompts the evolution of the product
line for 1994-2006 Dodge Cummins engines (adaptable to 1988-1993 also). Along with Borg
Warner's race proven large shaft and our High Tech bearing and oiling system, these turbos
combine the many improvements we have made since the inception of the HTB2 turbo line:

Improved oil drain tube clearance.
Our twin-ported wastegate now provides up to 50% more wastegate flow. This results in better
boost control for single turbo applications as well as twin setups.
Our adjustable boost pressure regulators utilize higher spring rates supporting higher pressures.
These actuators employ our new "Easy-Adjust" feature.
Borg Warner Low Drive Pressure turbine wheels. AKA, the “Killer Wheel”
(71mm instead of the 65mm HTB2 wheel).
Factory 1-Year warranty.
The initial spool-up of these turbos might be slightly slower than out HTB2 series turbos but
since the turbine wheels are low drive pressure design, they then build boost faster,
offering you quicker acceleration.
These turbos should also provide a couple hundred degrees cooler EGT's under heavy
acceleration and heavy loads like towing.

Like our HTB2 turbos, this series uses high torque, extended tip compressors = 62mm/87,
64mm/92, 66mm/96. (Alternate compressor sizes are for comparison
to Garrett Powermax advertised compressor sizing.)

*A note about compressor choices -Our 62 compressor is the best choice for
all around streetability / towing. The 64 and 66 compressors are primarily competition
compressors. Approximately 10% of our customers have witnessed excessive "surging"
issues  at lower RPMs (below 2000) and higher boost (above 20 PSI) conditions
when using competition compressors for towing or daily driving.

H-Super 40
HOLSET SUPER 40 upgrade turbo 475-435 HP
Unlike many turbos sold out of the box, we make the necessary modifications so these turbos fit.
The exhaust outlet is 4" and not 3" so we can also provide a downpipe for the 2nd generation trucks.
The Super 40 has a redesigned 7-blade compressor and turbine wheel. The shaft is the same size
but the assembly is precision balanced as an assembly with the compressor.

H-Pro 52
HOLSET Pro 52 upgrade turbo 550-625 HP
This turbo is not a bolt on upgrade. It requires an exhaust inlet adapter to bolt it to your manifold. It
has a 4 9/16 exhaust outlet that you will have to get your exhaust attached too. This turbo has a
compressor inducer measuring approx. 71mm and a 16cm2 NON-wastegated turbine housing.

Holset style HT3B / BHT3B / BHT3E / HT60 Turbos
There are many variations of these turbos.
The one listed here is a BHT3B with a 26 open throat turbine housing,
74mm compressor inducer. This turbo matches up well with out HTB2 Street Stock
and our High Tech 71 Series Super Stock 62 turbo.

FOR 88-2002 DODGE/CUMMINS
For H1, HX model Holset turbos
By replacing the 12cm2 housing on your 94-2002 truck, this simple performance upgrade
turbine housing will increase horsepower potential.
You can also install this housing on 1988-93 trucks BUT it will require moving the downpipe just
over an inch rearward. This housing will reduce backpressure and should reduce
exhaust temperatures on these trucks.
This housing WON'T fit 2000 and newer automatic transmission trucks because they
use a Holset HY35 turbo and not the HX35.
Specify the application you want to use this housing on and ask us about
mounting flange and oil drain gaskets.

This is a simple and inexpensive upgrade that provides a lot of performance for your dollar. By
replacing the 21cm2 or 18cm2 on your truck, you will increase boost, low end performance as well
as horsepower on your stock 1988-1993 truck. This is a simple bolt-on change.
No modifications are required.
You can also install this housing on 1994-2002 HX35W equipped trucks to replace the wastegated
turbine housing that comes stock. BUT it will require moving the downpipe just over an inch forward.
This housing will reduce backpressure and should reduce exhaust temperatures on these trucks.
*When installing this housing on 99 and newer HX35W trucks, you should purchase the angled
exhaust outlet adapter supplied by Cummins in order to ease installation.*

The High Tech Slim-line actuator for HX40
applications has almost twice the opening pressure of the stock actuator.
These actuators feature full travel through 60 PSI.
